Our legendary 18hr hickory pit smoked pulled pork sandwich served with house slaw on a Hobbs House 5" bap
We source locally reared, free range pork shoulders, give them a damn good rub down with our own 'Backyard' BBQ seasoning then tuck them into our trusty Fast Eddy pit smoker to cook low and slow over smouldering hickory wood for 18 hours.


Melt in the mouth, juicy, smoky slices of 18hr pit smoked beef brisket dripping in gravy. Served on a Hobbs House 5" bap.

Burnt Ends

We chop up the trimmings from out hickory smoked brisket, mix with some of our Backyard BBQ sauce and return them to the pit for another few hours to produce these amazingly smoky and intensely flavoured nuggets of barbecue gold.

18 Hr Smoked Lamb Shoulder

Lamb shoulder slow smoked for 18 hours, shredded and served with our selection of Grillstock sauces & house slaw on a Hobbs House Bap.

BBQ Beans

A mix of beans and pulled pork, seasonings and sauce, smoked gently for hours make up this hearty side dish.
