The Bath Pig Company produce a mouth-watering range of British made Chorizo sausages, produced with pork from farms that have been approved by the RSPCA Freedom Food scheme.

Their products, which won Taste of The West Awards in 2009  are available as either semi-cured ‘cooking’ Chorizo or as fully-cured ‘slicing’ Chorizo and in a variety of flavours, (Original, Spicy and Garlic &Herb).

The company will be serving their award winning cooking Chorizo in a Ciabatta roll with delicious, sweet Pimento Peppers and Rocket salad.
