Grillstock is a BBQ themed two‐day food & drink festival taking place at the Lloyds Amphitheatre on the waterfront in Bristol over the weekend of 17th & 18th July 2010.

Comprising 130+ stands offering the very best in local food, drink, produce and cooking equipment, the centrepiece of the event will be a 2-day US style BBQ competition with up to 16 teams competing for the “King of the Grill” Trophy.

Additional attractions will include live music from local bands, the Grillstock BBQ Academy and further live cookery demo’s.

Grillstock gives the whole family the enjoyment of sampling local food, drink and cuisine as well as the opportunity to learn cookery skills and experience the excitement of the US style BBQ competition…
