GRILLSTOCK is back this summer bigger, better and louder.  BRISTOL is again set for a taste of the Deep South with the UK’s biggest ever US-style barbecue competition.

Music will play an even greater part this year with the likes of Hayseed Dixie, The Martin Harley Band and Sarah Savoy and the Francadians performing on the Music Stage and setting their unique style of Blues, Bluegrass, Cajun and rockabilly.

This year there will be more for the whole family with more great music, two well stocked bars, the Grillstock Canteen, Newman’s Own BBQ Academy, the Grillstock Marketplace, a Chilli Eating Competition, free children’s entertainment and Bristol’s own ‘Invisible Circus’ performing street shows and death defying balace acts through the weekend with their flagship ‘Fire Show’ on Saturday evening.” - Jon Finch, Festival Director

Hot Punjabi Chilli Sauce

The future looks tasty for this East London family…

Mr Singh’s Chili Sauce

“Back in 1985, clattering around in a cluttered East End kitchen, Mr Singh stirred up his first batch of special chilli sauce for his fiery family. Inspired by the bustle and buzz of London & the deep flavours of his spiritual home in the Punjab, Popa Singh’s signature sauce soon became the talk of dinner tables from Manor Park to Mayfair. Whatever the dish, a drop or two of his cherished chilli creation is guaranteed to kick-start tastebuds & get people doing what the Singh family loves best, having fun by “Bringing people together”. In 1985, Popa Singh More >
